Great location and within walking distance to most everything. Staff was awesome and rooms were very clean!

The hotel is in the walkable distance to the downtown and Ybor city, but they also have an complimentary shuttle. The pool area was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious, although all the hotel looked rather outdated and bit old.
they didn't have an adapter for the European plug, breakfast not included in the price, had some problems with printing, but it was solved later.

Cleanliness Friendly Staff Very Nice Décor Shuttle Service Valet Parking
Shuttle Service does not run past 11pm. This makes it really inconvenient with the downtown location. We went to a company function that lasted until 12pm and this made getting back difficult. No continental breakfast Bed and Pillows way too soft

The location of the hotel is great, being close to the cruise port and near plenty of places to eat downtown. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with nice beds. The staff provides excellent service, from the valet to the front desk. The hotel offers a late check-out option, which is convenient.
One downside was the lack of complimentary breakfast.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Free shuttle service to the convention center was a plus.
A little too much noise from the nearby road. Also construction in the vicinity of the hotel made walking feel hazardous.
